Ask HN: What silent data issues have you hit when training physical AI models?

I'm training a physical AI models on egocentric videos and faced some data quality issues i only became aware of it after training. Some of those data quality issues i faced are: labels assigned to the wrong motion, motion blur, hand out of frame.
